This is the pattern I plan to use for the cupcake fabrics. It's free at Fat Quarter Shop. I love the pinwheel design, and I think the whimsy of it is just right for those sweet pink fabrics. Also, it takes just 12 fat quarters, which is just what I have.

That pattern is perfect for the cupcake fabric! You will love it. Last night I decided to change out the look in my family room, and got out a pinwheel quilt I made a couple of years ago. I remembered what a pain I thought making the pinwheels was (all those fabrics coming together at the centers), but it has to be one of my favorite quilts ever. I have to take a picture of it so you can see.
