I've chosen Attic Windows for my Two-Color Challenge quilt blocks. I wanted something quick and easy (more likely to follow through). And while the "Y" seam in the Attic Windows block can be challenging, the method I'm using solves that problem.
If you look carefully at the corner of the block where the dark and medium fabrics join, you'll see that I've used half-square triangles sewn into a square. No Y seam at all.

Your blocks are wonderful, the stitching part is the one you made using the Bernina? Great idea for the corners.
